We received a VA mortgage through NVR and we also selected one of the last 3 lots, so we earned pretty nice incentives! We got our morning room for free ($14,995 value), we received 1/2 off up to $50k in options and had our $4500 lot premium waived!!! I guess that makes up for the fact that getting a VA loan through NVR was extremely tedious and time consuming :( Best part about VA loans? No down payment required and no PMI! Woo-hoo!

The Ravenna:

-Doubled the size of our walk-in closet by moving the laundry room to basement. They are knocking out the wall between current walk-in closet and laundry room to make it one big space, doubled in size. They'll leave the hallway laundry room doorway there so that we have two entrances to closet.
